Subscription Purchase Refund Procedure:
Within 45 days of receipt of your membership application or dues payment, whichever came first, you wish to cancel your membership, please email info@ncvetbiz.org and explain that you would like to cancel your subscription. Your refund will be for the amount paid, minus any service charges the Association has incurred (e.g. PayPal service fee). We will calculate the amount due you and issue a refund.
Refund Type:
All refunds will be returned directly to you in the same format as the original payment. You will receive a refund within 45 mail delivery days of the receipt of your membership cancellation request.
