Another success for NCVETBIZ in Charlotte at Veterans Bridge Home. Thank you to all those in attendance and our Board members for making it happen!
A word from Tanya, Board Member and Founder of Interactive Advocacy:
Support, Educate, and Connect! The NC Veterans Business Association Charlotte Region kicked off its first of many events Held by the Charlotte Advisory Board. Thank you, Mr. Mark Haupt (President of NC VETBIZ), for reinvigorating the Charlotte Region and for welcoming me as one of your Advisory Board members.
As many of you know, much of the work we do at Interactive Advocacy is to Educate, Advocate, and Empower the Warfighter through Prevention, Awareness, Tolerance, and Equality. But also connecting and partnering with organizations such as NC VetBiz allows me to connect with many other veteran entrepreneurs.
I am also honored when I get to share space not just with veterans but also with spouses and family members of veterans who are still fighting the good fight and doing what we can to support communities that we hold so near to our hearts. Thank you to all the entrepreneurs, veterans, and non-veterans who joined us today. It was a great way to connect.
Thanks to Peter Vacho and Steve of Veterans Bridge Home for hosting our event and for your support to veterans and their families. Thanks to Chef TJ and Ceslie of Salute Chew Mobile Kitchen & Catering Company, LLC (Veteran-owned) for catering our event. Everyone loved the food.
On behalf of the Charlotte Region Advisory Board members - Raffaela Gibbard, Anthony Scott, Brian Lassiter, and Sabrina Willis - we want to give a special shout-out and thank you to all of you who registered for our event and for those who came out and supported. We do this for you!
Finally, Spectrum News, thank you for coming out and capturing our event. Here's a little behind-the-scenes. Interactive Advocacy NCVETBIZ Raffa Gibbard
