This year, #NCVETBIZ members put on their hardhats and embraced The Builder’s Mentality, laying “BRICKS” of knowledge, connection, and resources to create a solid foundation for Veteran and Milspouse entrepreneurs across North Carolina. We believe these bricks are essential to BUILD a thriving, resilient ecosystem.
But what truly sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to our members and creating a culture of authenticity — where veterans/milspouses can show up as their selves, turning shared skills and experiences into lasting impact. The heartfelt testimonials from our members remind us why we do what we do. Together we are:
âś… Building Stronger Businesses: Leveraging military discipline and strategic thinking.
âś… Building Stronger Networks: Uniting veterans to resources and decisions makers that help support and elevate them.
âś… Building Stronger Communities: Turning entrepreneurship into a force for positive change within NC.
âś… Building with Authenticity: Fostering genuine connections rooted in trust and shared purpose.
A heartfelt thank you to all the attendees, business leaders, speakers and partners like Veterans Bridge Home for hosting us at your beautiful location. Collectively your drive, resilience, and leadership continue to inspire. Let’s keep building — with purpose, resilience, and authenticity. 💪

This was a very interesting and informative read that I truly enjoyed. The way the author explained the Betari Box Model made the topic feel much less complicated and more practical. I liked how the article showed the impact of attitudes and behaviour on communication outcomes. As a student, I often look for blogs like this to strengthen my understanding of organisational behaviour and teamwork concepts. Posts like this encourage deeper thinking and better interpersonal awareness.
