This was a very interesting and informative read that I truly enjoyed. The way the author explained the Betari Box Model made the topic feel much less complicated and more practical. I liked how the article showed the impact of attitudes and behaviour on communication outcomes. As a student, I often look for blogs like this to strengthen my understanding of organisational behaviour and teamwork concepts.
