Entrepreneurs of underserved communities can experience barriers to accessing those resources. This Equity Action Plan, in conjunction with Executive Order (EO) 13985 (“Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government”), outlines how SBA will reduce barriers and improve access to the following resources:
