James (Jay) Darnell is a Client Manager with Bank of America's Global Government Group and is based in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Darnell was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama, and continued the tradition of serving his country as his father, grandfather and others did before him.
In 1996, Mr. Darnell enlisted into the United States Marine Corps and spent almost eight years on active duty. From 1996 - 1999, he was attached to CSSG-3 at Marine Corps Base, Hawaii. In January 2000, he was assigned to MacDill AFB, Florida as a member of the Resources and Financial Management (J-8) Directorate of United States Central Command under General Tommy Franks.
Mr. Darnell left active duty in October 2003, and joined Bank of America managing the Department of the Navy's Travel Card Program living in both Norfolk, Virginia and Washington, D.C. In December 2006, Mr. Darnell moved to Charlotte, NC as the Card Client Manager for the Department of Defense's card program.
Married to the former Summer McWhorter for over 11 years, Mr. Darnell has two boys and resides in Waxhaw, N.C. Mr. Darnell is a founding member of the North Carolina Veteran's Business Association since in June 2008.

Jim Nisley was born in the 1960's in Omaha Nebraska. He was raised in Nebraska and Iowa and graduated high school in Cook Nebraska at Nemaha Valley High School.
After high school, Jim became a United States Marine. He served during the first Middle East Campaign, Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm.
After which, he began a successful 16-year career with Mutual of Omaha. During his tenure with Mutual of Omaha he undertook several responsibilities, including but not limited to:

During this time he worked closely with external State and Federal Authorities representing specific issues, the Company, and the industry. Occasionally working with Congress and the Senate as well as closely working with the Attorney General, the Office of the Inspector General and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as several other investigative bodies.
In March 2006, Jim left Mutual of Omaha and began an entrepreneurial endeavor with some family. Currently, he is Chief Executive Officer of Modern Tower Solutions, Inc., a construction company specializing in Wireless Communication systems installation, service and maintenance. His firm operates nationally and is entertaining international opportunities.
Jim continues to serve his country by actively working with and mentoring the youth as a Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America.
He enjoys a marriage of 20+ years and 3 children born in 3 different decades (1980's, 1990's and +Y2K).
